ADS-B Setup – ADSBee 1090U
ADS-B is now working on the gauge controller and will show real aircraft on the map and radar.
Currently tested and working with ADSBee 1090U.
ADSBee 1090U is an affordable, small ADS-B receiver that you can place in your aircraft and use to receive ADS-B transmissions from real aircraft.
Planes can be displayed on the moving map. The display shows the direction they are heading and the altitude difference in hundreds of feet.
The screenshot above shows a plane to the north that is 8,800 feet above my altitude, and another to the northeast that is 5,300 feet above my altitude. There is another plane off screen farther northeast shown by an arrow.
