Delivery Information

This page explains how FPVToys orders are packed, shipped, and tracked.

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Some items are assembled, tested, or packed by hand, so processing time can vary depending on the item and current order volume.

If there is a delay with your order, FPVToys will contact you using the email address from your order.

Shipping

Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping service, destination, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

  • United States shipping is $5.99.
  • Canada shipping is $12.99.
  • Shipping to the rest of the world is $14.99.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, FPVToys cannot control the exact delivery date.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships. If you do not see the tracking email, check your spam or junk folder.

Tracking may take some time to update after the label is created.

If you need help with tracking, contact fpvtoys@gmail.com and include your order number.

Address Problems

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact FPVToys as soon as possible.

If an order has already shipped, the carrier may not allow the address to be changed. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please allow the carrier time to update the status. Some packages miss scans while still moving through the mail system.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check around the delivery location, with other household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.

If the package still cannot be found, contact FPVToys with your order number and tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact FPVToys as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and take photos of the box, packing material, and damaged item.
