Refund And Returns Policy
This policy applies to products purchased directly from FPVToys.
Overview
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, a refund or return may not be available.
Before sending anything back, please contact FPVToys first so I can help determine whether the issue is a setup problem, warranty issue, exchange, or return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition that you received it and include the original packaging and included parts.
A receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase is required.
- Items damaged by incorrect wiring, reversed power, crash damage, modification, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
- Items missing parts, cables, screens, hardware, or packaging may receive a partial refund or may not be eligible for return.
- Digital downloads, firmware files, documentation, and custom support time are not returnable.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, FPVToys will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an FPVToys mistake.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled case by case. If you ordered the wrong item or need a different part, contact FPVToys before sending anything back.

Return Shipping
Please contact FPVToys before mailing a return. Returns sent without contacting FPVToys first may be delayed.
Return shipping costs are normally the buyer’s responsibility. Use a trackable shipping service and pack the item carefully. FPVToys is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
